John Springer, 30 year fly fisherman and life member of the CFFA will present:

“Vermont Trout Fishing on Your Own Terms”

John, along with Kevin Fulller,  recently spent a good deal of time fishing the streams of Vermont and learning about the state’s stocking of 2 year old rainbows from 13 to 16”.  He will share his recommendations for best fly patterns, and the best places and time of year to find your own trout without the need for a pro guide. John is the editor of CFFA’s newsletter, Lines and Leaders, former chair of the Beginnner Fly Fishing Class for the American School for Deaf, and has fished all over the U.S. and has an extensive life history that gives depth to his presentation.

The Connecticut Fly Fisherman’s Association is a certified non-profit 501C3 organization and is dedicated to preserving and promoting the pleasures and traditions of fly fishing and to conserve game waters.
