Guest Speaker – Gary Bogli, Past CFFA President, Active Board Member, Fly Fisher for over 50 years and former Social Studies Teacher in Vernon, CT

Gary spent a portion of a summer fishing the waters of Labrador. Join him as he speaks about his fly fishing forays while traveling on a unique wilderness train along the Moise River to the Taiga region of  Canada.  Catch the fly fishing equivalent of a grand slam in one day: brook trout, landlocked salmon, pike, whitefish, and lake trout.  Experience with Gary as he describes fishing the Ashuanipi River System.  Every day a new adventure and 3 to 5 pound brookies.

The Connecticut Fly Fisherman’s Association is a certified non-profit 501C3 organization and is dedicated to preserving and promoting the pleasures and traditions of fly fishing and to conserve game fish waters.

Come join us to meet new people and learn about the sport of Fly Fishing
